I have seen some people reporting accounts online but the problem is there are far too many culprits and far too many new ones coming about to really be able to catch any since a reported account can just be closed and a new unknown one opened up the next day. The major issue is the lack of security features to prevent scammers like bigger social platforms seem to have.
